WATER PROJECTS

Empowering sustainable communities through water supply projects

Borewell Drilling & Development

Borewell drilling is a complex process that requires specialized equipment and expertise. The choice of drilling method depends on factors such as geological conditions, water table depth, and the desired yield. The process involves penetrating various layers of soil and rock until the drill reaches the water-bearing zone, often achieving depths ranging from 150 to 200 meters.

HDPE Pipeline Network for efficient clean water supply

A robust HDPE pipeline network spanning over 1000 kilometers has been meticulously laid down to facilitate the efficient and reliable supply of clean water. The high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipelines not only contribute to the durability and resilience of the system but also underscore a sustainable approach to water distribution.

Compressed Air as a Dynamic Cleansing Agitator

The compressor diligently injects air into the bore well, serving as a dynamic force to displace water and act as an effective agitator. This process not only expedites the removal of mud but also plays a crucial role in cleansing the well from impurities. The strategic use of compressed air enhances the overall efficiency of the bore well, ensuring a cleaner and more reliable water source.

Continuous Over pumping for Efficient Purification

Continuous overpumping, coupled with compression, is systematically employed to eliminate impurities, guaranteeing the production of potable water. This dynamic process ensures a reliable and consistent supply of clean water for various needs.

Over Head Water Tanks for water storage Solution

In our commitment to water storage and conservation for the Jal Jeevan Mission, we employ both ZA tanks and RCC tanks, each offering distinct benefits. ZA tanks, made of galvanized steel, ensure robustness, flexibility, and durability, providing an unmatched storage solution.

On the other hand, RCC tanks offer a resilient structure, enhancing longevity and reliability. Together, these tanks not only cater to diverse water sources like rainwater, harvested water, or well-sourced water but also contribute to a sustainable water future with their combined strengths. Shiva Enterprises takes pride in employing a dual-tank strategy, installing around 50 water overhead tanks ranging from 50KL to 400KL, with a staged elevation of 12M-16M.

Streamlining Water Supply through advanced automation

IoT-based remote monitoring automated system delivers real-time data through various sensors, eliminating manual intervention.

This not only ensures effective on-ground management but also offers immediate visibility to state water supply/PHED officials and citizens. With a vision for consistent tap water access in every home, real-time measurement is crucial for rural drinking water supply schemes. Employing diverse sensors, including flow meters, groundwater level sensors, chlorine analyzers, pressure sensors, and pump controllers, ensures comprehensive monitoring of water service delivery aspects. The integration of a cloud and analytics-powered IoT platform with GIS establishes a robust decision support system, marking a significant step forward in water supply automation.

Contribution to the Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) Scheme

Jal Jeevan Mission, is envisioned to provide safe and adequate drinking water through individual household tap connections by 2024 to all households in rural India. The programme will also implement source sustainability measures as mandatory elements, such as recharge and reuse through grey water management, water conservation, rain water harvesting. The Jal Jeevan Mission will be based on a community approach to water and will include extensive Information, Education and communication as a key component of the mission.

Empowering Communities

Through pioneering initiatives, our efforts have reached 110 villages, positively impacting 50,000 households and benefiting the lives of 200,000 individuals. This mission eliminated the need for children to spend hours fetching water and also helped to optimize agricultural practices by providing reliable access to clean water
